As co-owner and CFO of Agilia Infrastructure Partners, Mike Pugsley is an experienced Finance and Commercial Director, with a unique track record of successfully working on innovative and ground-breaking Infrastructure projects over the last 20 years.
His experience spans both public and private sectors and the entire lifecycle of infrastructure projects – from inception in developing outline business cases in order to demonstrate value for money, to the development stage in effecting procurement processes (and negotiating excellent commercial outcomes) right through to commissioning and operational commencement.
Mike led the procurement of the investment on the Thames Tideway Tunnel project (£4.5 billion) and amongst other activities has recently led the consideration of Private Finance for the Lower Thames Crossing Project.
